With a social science background, I am sensitive in human needs and I believe user-centred product design is the best way to improve our living experience as a human.

Together with my 5 years of commercial experience, I developed an empathetic mind to create digital products that suit both human needs and business needs. From conducting essential user research to crafting beautiful interface, I took an agile approach to craft digital products with design sprints to create products that could solve user's problems effectively.
